Rising Star in British Boxing
Hamza Uddin
Hamza Uddin is one of the best young fighters in the world. Not just in Birmingham, not just in the UK, but in the entire world. This kid has superstar potential.
About
My name is Hamza Uddin, born 16th July 2003 in Walsall. A proud Muslim of Bangladeshi descent, I threw my first punches at just one year old in my family garage.
Fast forward to 2025 I’m signed by Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom Boxing, managed by Sam Jones, and recognised as one of Britain’s brightest prospects. Known for my lightning speed, devastating power, cat-like reflexes, and sky-high confidence, I’m ready to make history.
As an amateur, I represented Team GB at the Paris 2024 Olympics before turning professional with Matchroom. My achievements include: 8x National Champion, 7x International Gold Medalist, 3x GB Champion, the youngest 2x Senior Elite Champion in British history, and undefeated as a Senior.
On October 11th, 2025, I chase my first professional title — the beginning of my journey to become a multi-weight, undisputed world champion, God willing.
As Eddie Hearn said:
“Hamza Uddin is one of the best young fighters in the world. Not just in Birmingham, not just in the UK, but in the entire world. This kid has superstar potential.”
